Social Media Mock-up Designs

Today marked the second day in the ThruDark office. Gaz was able to create a mini-brief for us to do. The brief consisted of Designing a few Paid Media Assets.

We had to create these on four diffrent sizes, being: 1080x1080, 1080x1350, 1080x1920, 1920x1080. These sizes are for instagram, facebook and twitter, this is important to make sure the images fill the advertisement perfectly.

Below are just a few of the adverts i designed whilst being in the office. I was given two slogans to use on my designs. One being: 'Respect is Earned' and the other be 'Show Your Colours'.

In these designs, you can see I have various layouts, whether that's the sizing/placement of the image or text or different colour variations.

You can also see I've kept the same idea for the ad across the first three sizes, which go portrait; however, with the last size being landscape (1920x1080), I couldn't keep the same concept as the sizing would be off. I decided to do a collage of a few images from the same photoshoot to keep the same theme, just a different format, which overall, I think, worked quite well and gave a lot more information on the brand without it being too crowded and in your face.
